By offering programs tailored for multi levels of fitness and ability, every child can participate. busy bodies provides schools and carers with an opportunity to address the alarming increase in childhood obesity, unsupervised activity after hours and the decline in skills development of our children. as our programs are both non-sport specific and sport focused, we get kids involved in movement and activity. active skills are most important as a child needs to know how to move and increase their physical participation in every day life. as children do not naturally develop fundamental motor skills, we teach them through fitness components included in all of our programs including agility, balance, co-ordination, strength, reaction and speed. moving and nourishing little bodies is imperative to a child’s |

our program is mobile : we come to the school and can be conducted before school, after school, during lunchtimes or incorporated into the curriculum. all of our instructors are trained fitness professionals, many with tertiary education, and encourage the kids whilst providing a fun, friendly, safe and supportive environment. busy bodies is also proud to be a deliverer of the Federal Government’s Active After School Communities program.We currently deliver Playing for Life skills and Multi Skill activities to almost 200 schools every week in Queensland, new South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT.
