Planning your next conference?? Let Busy Bodies manage the breakout activities and team building events for you!! We can also provide a fabulous Partners Program should your delegates be brining along their family, and our famous Kids Clubs are a must at any conference that includes children!
Our aim is to provide and engage your delegates and children in our care in a program bursting with variety and choice. We get them moving, having fun, team building and connecting whilst participating in exciting and healthy activities!
This year we have launched our new and exciting event, GC Adventure Race! A fabulous team building activity, we get your delegates thinking and working together whilst searching for checkpoints throughout Gold Coast landmarks. It’s unique, original, fast and fun and suits all physical abilities. We can cater this event for 10 delegates or 1,000 delegates on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.
If your conference is including families, we can also operate a designated Kids Club for the duration of the conference, and also accommodate babysitting at delegates accommodation.
The kids will love our Conference Kids Club!
Relax and let your delegates enjoy your conference whilst our experienced and professional Kids Club team cares for their children.
All team members are qualified, childcare professionals with lots of experience with performance and sport so your children will be kept active whilst socialsing with other children from the conference group.
We can come to any Hotel and set up a designated Kids Club and Crèche and keep the kids happy whilst you focus on the delegates and their information time. We can also plan offsite excursions for the kids to really give them a taste of fun!!
We can also provide certified, experienced child minders for in-room child minding whilst the adults go out of an evening!
PS: We can also arrange fabulous and unique conference breakout activities and offsite adventures for the delegates – just ask!
